Shipping policy

Orders ship from The Lighthouse Church in Humble, Texas. We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and the weight of your order.

When your order ships

Pre-order items (GAIN collection)	Within 14 days of your order; the estimated ship date is shown on each product page
Custom Letterman Varsity Jacket	Within 25 days after the pre-order window closes (about 18–21 days of production)

Once your order ships, please allow up to 14 days for delivery.

If your order has both in-stock and pre-order items, everything ships together when the pre-order items are ready.

If we cannot ship your order within the time stated above, we will email you with a revised date and you may cancel for a full refund.

Letterman jacket pre-order windows

Jacket pre-orders open for one week each month. Production starts after the window closes and takes about 18–21 days. You will get an email with tracking when your jacket ships, then please allow up to 14 days for delivery.

US orders are offered Economy and Standard shipping, priced by order weight at checkout.

Local pickup

Local pickup is free at The Lighthouse Church and Ministries, 6650 Rankin Rd, Humble, TX 77396. Select Local pickup at checkout and we'll email you when your order is ready. Please bring your order confirmation when you come.

Tracking, delays and lost packages

You will receive tracking by email when your order ships. Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery times depend on the carrier. If tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your package shows as delivered but hasn't arrived, email merch@tlhc.org with your order number.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer. Contact us right away if you spot a mistake and we will try to update it before the order ships.
