How pre-orders work

  1. Order in the window

    Letterman Varsity Jacket pre-orders open once a month for two weeks. The first window runs October 25 to November 8. Choose your size and custom details before the window closes, and pay in full at checkout to reserve your order. This helps us produce orders efficiently while giving each jacket the care and attention it deserves.

  2. Made for you

    We begin production once the window closes and your artwork is confirmed. For the Letterman Varsity Jacket, please allow approximately 18–21 days for production, plus shipping time. We’ll email you when your order ships. 

  3. Final sale

    Custom orders are made specifically for you and are non-refundable, so please review your size, initials and patches before checking out.
